Hein Lehmann – Grilles harpe
Serpa-Harps Serpa-harps consist of undulated wires arranged side by side. In order to strengthen the harps, the undulated screen wires are joined to each other at definite spacing by cross inserted wire layers. The advantage of the Serpa-Harps compared to the Serpa-Flex-Harps, is that they can be used at service temperature above 80°C. Furthermore, the Serpa-Flex-Harps are particularly used, where in addition to blinding and adhesion, heavy wearing also occurs. Materials

Serpa-Flex-Harps Serpa-Flex-Harps consist of crimped screen wires arranged one after another building thereby square meshes. In order to achieve stability for the screens, the crimped longitudinal wires are linked at definite spacings by plastic bindings. The distances of the plastic bindings can be determinated specifically according to application. In vibrating screens, self-oscillations of the elastic screen wires are induced which prevent to a large extent blinding of the screen openings as well as the adhesion of screening material. The square mesh keeps firm and allows accurate screening. Production of harps is possible with round and flat wire.Materials

Veno-Harps Similar to the Veno-Flex-Harps, Veno-Harps consist of alternately arranged straight and crimped wire – crimped horizontally to the screen level. The advantage compared to the Veno-Flex-Harps is that they can be used at service temperatures above 80°C. Materials

Veno-Flex-Harps Veno-Flex-Harps consist of alternately arranged straight and crimped wires – crimped horizontally to the screen level. The straight and crimped wires form triangular screen openings. The screen wires are fixed at definite spacings by cross-bindings made of plastic bindings. The separation distances can be adapted according to requirements. This finish has the following advantages: Enlargement of the open screen area, an extension of service life and a reduction of adhesion of the screening material. In the case of the Veno-(Flex)-Harps, different vibrations arise in the screening process through the alternating crimped and straight wires. This enables clogging-free processing to a large extent, particularly in case of moist and sticky screening material. Materials

N-Harps Consist of crimped longitudinal wires, which are fixed through cross wires at definite spacings. In this way, we achieve a precise slot with which maximum screen capacity can be achieved. Furthermore, we obtain very small throughput resistance and maximum open screen areas. N-Harps are suitable for screening material which is composed of round and cube-shaped granulations and for screenings with unevenly grained material. Materials:

Harpa-Flex-Harps Harpa-Flex-Harps can be made out of smooth as well as of crimped longitudinal wires. These are fixed at definite distances through highly wear-resistant plastic bindings building by this long screen openings. Advantage: With the screening process, natural vibrations of the Harpa-Flex-Harps arise. Thereby a clogging of the screen openings and a sticking of screening material are prevented to a large extent. Further advantage of the Harpa-Flex-Harps is given by the plastic binding which enables to extend the service life of the harps in many cases. Materials
